How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you are feeling persistently unsettled, navigating a transition, or wanting to understand yourself more clearly, therapy may offer a helpful space to reflect.
The initial consultation allows us to explore this together.
Do you offer coaching as well as counselling?
My work is primarily counselling-led. My training in ontological coaching informs how I listen, particularly to language, emotion, embodiment, identity, and change. Where helpful, this may be integrated into therapy, while the work remains grounded in a therapeutic frame.
What is ontological coaching?
Ontological coaching explores how we make sense of ourselves and the world through language, emotions, body, and ways of being. In my work, this training supports a deeper kind of listening – noticing not only what is happening in your life, but how you are relating to yourself, others, and change.

What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you hope for from the process. It also allows you to get a sense of how I work, whether it feels like a good fit and to agree on a treatment plan moving forward.
How often will we meet?
Sessions are typically held weekly, particularly at the beginning of therapy. Frequency will be adjusted over time depending on your needs.
Is therapy confidential?
All sessions are confidential within professional and legal limits of practice. For adolescents under 18, confidentiality is respected while ensuring appropriate safeguarding and agreed communication with parents where necessary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session without prior notice, the session will be considered cancelled.
How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy varies. Some people attend for a defined period around a particular transition, while others engage in longer‑term work for deeper exploration. My intention is to support you in strengthening your sense of self, so that therapy is no longer needed.
How do I make payment?
Payment is required in advance of each session to confirm your booking. Once a session is arranged, you will receive a secure booking link along with payment details. If payment has not yet been received, a reminder may be sent prior to the session.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, FPS, PayMe, or Stripe (credit card). For clients outside Hong Kong, Wise or credit card payments are accepted. Receipts are available upon request.
