Counselling Sessions & Fees

Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and meet yourself with curiosity and care. Here is what working together offers:

Space to slow down and explore what feels important, tender, or uncertain.

Insight into the patterns shaping how you relate to yourself and others, including the ones that may be holding you back.

A stronger sense of self, so you can rely increasingly on your own insight and internal steadiness beyond the therapy room.

An approach shaped around you – conversation, mindfulness-based awareness, reflective enquiry, and grounding practices, at a sustainable pace.

A counsellor who knows this territory from the inside – I'm an adult adoptee and adult third culture kid, with a Master of Counselling.
